These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website and any services provided by us (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Scope of Services

1.1 Consultation Services

We provide one-on-one consultation to small businesses seeking to implement AI solutions. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in choosing AI tools and platforms

• Creating and setting up accounts on relevant AI tools or platforms

• Providing ongoing advice or mentorship regarding AI implementation

1.2 No Guaranteed Results

While we strive to provide the best possible guidance, we make no guarantees regarding the outcomes, results, or success of implementing the AI solutions we recommend.

2. Booking and Appointments

2.1 Scheduling Consultations

Clients may schedule consultation sessions through our website or by contacting us directly. When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information, including your email address.

2.2 Payment for Sessions

If you book a consultation session, you will pay in advance using a credit card, PayPal, or another online payment method we may accept. Alternatively, we may send you an invoice to your email address, which is payable online within 24 hours of receipt.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 No Refunds for Completed Sessions

All completed consultation sessions are non-refundable. Once the service has been provided, you are not entitled to a refund, regardless of your level of satisfaction.

3.2 Invoices for Offline Services

For services not booked directly online, we will invoice you on the same day the service is provided. Such invoices are payable online and are due within 24 hours of receipt.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• You must cancel any scheduled session at least 24 hours before the session’s start time to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the session, or fail to attend the session, no refund will be provided.

4. Your Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all bookings and communications. Failure to do so may limit our ability to deliver the Services effectively.

4.2 Appropriate Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not resell or otherwise distribute our Services without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimers

5.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes

We provide consultation services based on our expertise and experience. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including the success of any AI implementation, revenue increase, or any other specific results.

5.2 “As Is” Basis

All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Liability for Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Business Success Mentoring shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of income, lost profits, or damages resulting from business interruption or loss of data.

6.2 No Liability for Damages

We are not responsible for any damage or harm arising out of or related to your use of AI tools and platforms, or your implementation of our recommendations.

6.3 Consultant Liability

We act solely in the capacity of a consultant. You agree that any decision to implement or use AI tools or strategies recommended by us is at your own risk and discretion.

6.4 Jurisdiction

Under the laws of British Columbia, AI Business Success Mentoring bears no responsibility or liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our Services, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Business Success Mentoring and its directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content, materials, and information provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the exclusive property of AI Business Success Mentoring or used with permission from third-party rights holders.

8.2 Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of our content without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason deemed appropriate, including breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms
